Developmental and metabolic plasticity of white-skinned grape berries in response to Botrytis cinerea during noble rot
Most recent publication integrates transciptomics and metabolomics to elucidate the response of grape berries to Botrytis cinerea Infection
Congrats to the Cantu Lab and coworkers on their recently accepted publication in Plant Physiology. The Food Safety & Measurement Facility was part of this exciting work, and contributed to the metabolomic profiling with the Agilent 6530 Quadrupole Time-of-Flight LC/MS (LC-QTOF).
