Dr. Ebeler is a Professor in the Viticulture & Enology Department and Associate Dean for Undergraduate Academic Programs in the College of Agricultural & Environmental Sciences.

Her research focuses on:

• development and application of analytical chemistry techniques to study wine flavor chemistry
• understanding physico-chemical interactions of flavors with nonvolatile wine components
• elucidation of the chemical mechanisms for observed health effects of wine and wine components
