Targeted analysis of non-volatile compounds in complex matrices

Recent projects used this instrument for

• quantitation of amygdalin in non-bitter, semi-bitter and bitter almonds, down to low ug/kg levels (low ppb).

• monitoring acrylamide formation during table olive processing
• quantitation of 12 major phenolic and secoiridoid compounds in table olives

The system includes an Agilent 1290 UHPLC.
