The Food Safety and Measurement Facility will be hosting a day long workshop focusing on acrylamide in foods. This workshop will focus on the formation of acrylamide in foods, analytical methods for the analysis of acrylamide in foods, sampling strategies for the analysis of acrylamide, risk assessment and management, and public perception.
